Social media folks are at odds with DaBaby now after Tory Lanez announced a new song between the two artists after Tory’s shooting incident with Megan Thee Stallion.
On Tuesday afternoon (January 5), the Toronto-based rapper-crooner shared a promotional image for a new track and visual that will arrive in the coming days. The exact release date has not been revealed, but Tory says he is “on the way”.

Tory is holding what appears to be a Bible, while DaBaby holds a golden aspergillum intended to contain holy water. The scene is reminiscent of the film The Exorcist.
A person on Twitter was not very satisfied with the news of the collaboration. “Da Baby working with Tory Lamez is why black women say that we are weak and embarrassing,” they wrote.
Another wrote, “I’m a splinter, but Megan Collab with Cardi is NOT the same as Baby Collab with Tory. Why? Cardi didn’t shoot Nicki’s fucking foot.”
Shortly after the reaction came full speed towards DaBaby, Megan joined the conversation and clarified that the track between the North Carolina rhyme and Tory is actually an old song.

DaBaby didn’t respond to Tory’s post or Megan’s tweet. As for Tory, he didn’t say anything about Meg’s tweet either.
