CD Projekt also notes that the “claim does not specify the amount of damages sought” and that it will, as mentioned earlier, “take vigorous action to defend itself against such claims.” The Rosen Law Firm lawsuit claims that CD Projekt had “made false and / or misleading statements” and / or did not disclose that “Cyberpunk 2077 was virtually impossible to play on current generation Xbox or PlayStation systems due to a huge number of bugs . “

In response to the above and the mixed messages surrounding the game’s release, Sony removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PS Store and Sony, Microsoft and CD Projekt would be “forced to offer a full refund for the game”.
