NORTHEAST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – A South Florida juice bar started the new year with a great tip from one of its longtime customers.

Miami Squeeze, in northeast Miami-Dade, posted the receipt on their Instagram page on Friday afternoon.

“A beautiful client of ours has blessed our entire team,” said owner Warren Amar.

The loyal customer wrote a note thanking the team for everything they did and left a $ 2,021 tip on a $ 71.84 order, leaving employees perplexed and grateful.

“2021 came as expected in this tip,” said Amar.

The officials said they are grateful and humble for someone who would consider making the gesture generous.

“We are always looking forward to this type of thing, and it creates an incentive for us to work harder and serve them,” said manager Julian Salgado. “That’s why it is such a good thing. It is always a rotating relationship. “

“The community is our business. If there is no community, we cannot remain open, and we are very grateful to have all these great clients of ours, who have become a family at this time, ”said Amar.

With a tough 2020 behind them, the juice bar team said they hope to keep moving forward and serve the community in the best possible way.

“We will always win, because what we do is for people,” said Amar, “and when you do things with your heart, you will always be winning.”

Employees said they know who the customer was who left the massive tip, but want to keep their identity confidential.
