FORT MYERS, Florida – Florida has launched a website for pre-registration of the COVID-19 vaccine, so that Florida residents can reserve a seat in line for the injection.
People will be asked about their name, cell phone number, email address, whether or not they use an Epi-Pen, Florida resident status, birthday, whether or not they are a front-line employee, whether they want to obtain your first or second dose and your postal code.
People who complete the pre-registration of the COVID-19 vaccine will be notified when new consultations are available in their area.
The following state-supported vaccine locations are currently available in Lee County:

When accessing the site, you select your municipality, enter your information and enter the queue. When more doses and appointments are available, if you are eligible, you will be contacted to schedule your appointment.

Those who do not wish to wait to be contacted can take a more active approach than just pre-registering the COVID-19 vaccine. Publix continues to make appointments to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties twice a week – on Wednesdays and Fridays – starting at 6:00 am
