Fifteen new cases of COVID-19 were reported today, bringing the total number of Humboldt County residents to a positive test for the virus to 3,151.
The Humboldt County COVID-19 data panel has been updated to reflect the latest vaccination data, as reported by the California Immunization Registry (CAIR). In addition to the case and test information, the Panel’s “Cumulative Totals” section now includes the total number of vaccine doses administered locally, as well as the percentage of Humboldt County residents who have been partially and fully vaccinated. Vaccine information will be updated every Wednesday.
The “Vaccine data” section of the Panel will additionally include the following:
- Number of individuals fully vaccinated
- Number of partially vaccinated individuals
- Distribution of vaccines by age group
- Distribution of vaccines by race
- Distribution of vaccines by ethnicity
- Distribution of vaccines by gender
- Distribution of vaccines by postal code.
The demographic categories of age, race, ethnicity and gender reflect the total number of doses administered to each subgroup and the percentage of each subgroup that is partially or fully vaccinated. Please note that race, ethnicity and gender data are reported by the person himself, and anyone whose data is not reported will be listed as Unknown.
