COVID-19 Statistics | February 10, 2021 | Lost Coast Outpost

Press release from the Humboldt County Joint Information Center:

A total of 2,976 Humboldt County residents tested positive for COVID-19, after an additional 16 cases were reported today.

On Monday, February 8, Humboldt County received 20,960 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, including Pfizer and Moderna. As a sixth dose can often be extracted from each vial of the Pfizer vaccine, Public Health and other approved local vaccinators have maximized the state’s allocation and administered a total of 21,230 doses.

Local health providers who are approved to administer the vaccine are contacting their qualified patients directly to schedule vaccination appointments.

Public Health is using the information sent through the Vaccine Interest Form to fill vacancies at its mass vaccination clinics. County residents are encouraged to complete the form at humboldtgov.org/InterestForm to be notified when an interview is available for their level.
