The controversial quarterback Dwayne Haskins has found a new home.
Haskins, a former Washington Football Team, agreed to sign a reserve / future contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers after visiting the team on Thursday, according to the NFL Network.

Haskins also recently met with the Carolina Panthers.
Washington split from Haskins in late December after he made just 13 appearances for the team in less than two years.

After his release from Washington, Haskins was not immediately hired by any team. He was fined $ 40,000 and removed as captain of the team after being caught photographed without a mask at a party, which was a violation of the NFL’s COVID-19 protocols.
Haskins ended up playing for Washington in his Week 16 game against the Panthers, but was replaced in favor of third-quarter quarterback Taylor Heinicke, which led to Haskins’s release the next day.

The Steelers are obviously interesting in getting younger as a defender, after current star Ben Roethlisberger’s future is still in the air after a poor performance against the Cleveland Browns in the AFC playoff wild card round, where he had four twists in a final defeat season for its rival AFC North.
