Consultations for Montgomery County’s first coronavirus vaccine clinic completed

CONROE, Texas – Appointments for Montgomery County’s first massive coronavirus vaccine clinic were sold out on Tuesday, shortly after the clinic’s announcement.

The appointment-only clinic is being held at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds at 9333 Airport Road in Conroe. It will be open from 9am Wednesday to Friday, when all doses are administered.

Those who qualify for the current vaccine administration phase can apply online. The authorities said that those who have a registered appointment must bring their QR code and a valid form of identification to receive the injection. People without an appointment will not be allowed at the vaccine site.

“This vaccination site is made possible by the State Department of Health Services allocating 2,000 doses to the Lone Star Family Health Center this week,” a press release said. “As the state continues to increase the amount of vaccines allocated to our community providers in the coming weeks, Montgomery County is proud to partner with Lone Star Family Health to open our community’s first mass vaccination site. .
