Dee Devlin shared a heartfelt message on Sunday to fiance Conor McGregor, who lost to Dustin Poirier on Saturday night at UFC 257.
Taking his story on Instagram, Devlin – who is expecting his third child with the 32-year-old Irishman – wrote “I love you” in response to a post-fight message from McGregor.
“Thanks for supporting everyone! It wasn’t my night / morning there, but a great contest to improve, ”wrote McGregor on Sunday on Instagram.
“I am excited about the blockbuster trilogy that I now have in my hands. Dustin is a great competitor and I look forward to returning. Raising your leg and spirit on the way home! God bless us all, happy Sunday ”, he concluded.
Poirier defeated McGregor by technical knockout in the second round.
After the match, an emotional Devlin hugged McGregor, according to The Sun.
Devlin and McGregor, who have been together since 2008, became engaged during the summer. They have two young children, son Conor Jack and daughter Croia.
