Cold start on Monday with a snowfall in the afternoon

Monday’s highs reach 30 degrees and it will be a windy day with gusts up to 40 mph. The snow lasts until the afternoon, starting first in our western counties and spreading to the east until late afternoon. The snow will continue through Monday night, gradually decreasing until late.

In total, something between 1-4 “is expected, with smaller quantities further north, larger quantities south and west. There is a chance of a cold drizzle from late Monday to early Tuesday. The roads will be muddy and potentially slippery in some places for Monday night’s daily commute.

Tuesday will generally be cloudy with highs around 40s. Wednesday is partly cloudy with highs around 40s. There is a small chance of strokes, mainly south of Milwaukee, on Thursday. Thursday and Friday are suction cups with highs of 40 degrees.

Temperatures will be a little higher next weekend.
