In the photo, which was posted by his mother Angie, Cody was seen with his arm around Marloes’ waist while giving a tender kiss on her forehead.
The 28-year-old beauty looked stunning in a shiny black and silver backless dress, while Cody was elegant in a black suit, white shirt and tie.
The new romance comes after Cody confirmed his separation from his ex-girlfriend Miley Cyrus in August.

He recently stopped following Hannah Montana’s Instagram star, although she said the two were still friends after their intense relationship ended.
“We’re just deciding who we want to be in our lives, what we want to do, so don’t make it a dramatic story if next week we’re going out, buying pizza,” said Miley during a recent Instagram Live broadcast.
‘We have been friends for 10 years and we will continue to be friends, so just don’t do something that is not.’
Miley was previously married to Australian actor Liam Hemsworth.
Meanwhile, Cody announced the exciting news that he qualified for the Olympic Swimming Games this month.
The blonde made the cut swimming the 100m butterfly in 54.9 seconds, easily surpassing the qualifying benchmark of 56.87.

Sharing the exciting news via Instagram, Cody posted a photo of himself posing triumphantly by the pool in his swimming trunks, alongside a passionate rehearsal.
