Cloverfield: new sequel to the Batman TV series, the showrunner will not be found.

A 2008 Cloverfield sequel is in progress, but unlike its predecessor, it will not be a filming film found. This sequel is being written by Joe Barton, the showrunner behind HBO Max’s Batman spinoff show centered on the Gotham City Police Department. The film will be produced by original Cloverfield producer JJ Abrams and Bad Robot film director Hanna Minghella, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

This sequence appears to be following in the footsteps of other films in the Cloverfield universe, 10 Cloverfield Lane 2016 and The Cloverfield Paradox 2018, in which it will not be a filming film found like the original Cloverfield. It is different from 10 Cloverfield Lane and The Cloverfield Paradox because, although the other two films were set in the same universe as the 2008 film, they were not directly linked to it. They were originally developed as independent films, devoid of anything that would link them to the Cloverfield universe, but were eventually altered to fit the universe before the release of each film.

According to THR, this new film will be a direct sequel to Cloverfield, which ended in a scare that made it unclear whether the nuclear explosion that occurs in the final moments of the film really killed the monster that terrorized Manhattan.Matt Reeves, who is currently working on The Batman, was the director of Cloverfield and THR reports that he is not involved with the sequel. He made Cloverfield for $ 25 million and went on to earn $ 172 million at the box office. With this sequence abandoning the generally cheaper filming approach, it is easy to see the film’s budget skyrocket to more than $ 25 million. Only time will tell whether the audience will show up to make it as successful as the original.
