During the first half of Super Bowl 2021 on Sunday, cameras showed NFL commissioner Roger Goodell as he talked to Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara.
At one point, it seemed that Goodell’s focus was on the 35-year-old singer, leaving the 32-year-old Seahawks quarterback sitting awkwardly in the middle.
“He looks like a dissatisfied villain planning a crime,” a Twitter user wrote Wilson.
“He’s so miserable hahahahahahahaha,” another replied.
“Russell Wilson looks so upset about having to watch the Super Bowl with Goodell,” one posted.
“Russell Wilson is not feeling that conversation between Goodell and Ciara,” another tweeted.
Earlier on Sunday, Ciara – who has been married to Wilson since 2016 – posted a tribute to the quarterback after he was named Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year.
“You are the most selfless, loving and caring person I know. Your heart, dedication and commitment to caring for others is what really sets you apart. It is one of the most beautiful and attractive things about you! I am very proud of you and of being part of your great mission to impact others! ”She wrote on Instagram.
The couple has two children, daughter Sienna Princess, 3, and 6-month-old son Win Harrison. Ciara also shares her son Future Zahir, 6, with her ex, the artist Future.
Last month, Wilson and the Seahawks were eliminated from the playoffs by the Los Angeles Rams in the wild card round.
