11:44 am PT – Christina’s legal team was also in court on Friday to file an opposition to Heerdegen’s request for a restraining order. In the documents, obtained by TMZ, she says that there is “overwhelming evidence” that he is the aggressor – in addition to the photos that she has already filed in court.
She says she has an audio recording of her alleged attack on her on June 25, 2020. According to the documents, James can be heard “terrifying Christina, spitting and shouting at her, admitting violence, following her from room to room. chasing her and then violently assaulting her. “She says the recording ends abruptly with her in tears, saying she will call the police.

James Heerdegen filed on Friday to obtain a restraining order against the actress, alleging that the use of alcohol and other substances is fueling her allegedly abusive conduct.
In his lawsuit, James claims that Christina drank a lot during the quarantine and used to abuse him physically and verbally while she was intoxicated. He says that she used to hit and scratch it with her arms, hands and nails.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Heerdegen also claims that Christina usually follows him around the house, shouting and shouting profanity in front of her son. He says his alleged outbursts are causing emotional distress in his children.
Heerdegen’s deposit arrives 48 hours after Christina received a restraining order against him, claiming that he beat her several times and now she fears for her life and that of her son. She filed for divorce him in July.

Christina’s lawyer, Samantha Spector, tells TMZ … “This process is nothing more than a transparently abusive attempt to silence my client. It will not work. Christina will not be intimidated by Mr. Heerdegen and his barrage of misleading allegations – and she remains determined to protect her family. “
The judge has yet to rule on Heerdegen’s request to contain Christina.
