Christina Anstead is ready for a new start.
Three months after announcing her divorce from Ant Anstead, the “Christina on the Coast” star, 37, took to Instagram to discuss how she is entering the New Year feeling “grounded”.
For starters, the HGTV star announced on Wednesday that he will be taking a step back from social media in the coming days. In addition, she shared a practice she learned with the help of Dr. Kaisa Coppola, founder of Harmony Wellness Clinic.
“Grounded and closing this year with gratitude for new opportunities and adventures”, Anstead begins in his Instagram post “Going offline for the rest of 2020 to be present in the present.”

“Something I did with @drkaisacoppola for the Solstice with children was to list what we are leaving behind in 2020 and what we want to anticipate in 2021. You can say it out loud or write what you want to leave in a color and what you wish in 2021 in another color. Children took a long time and I highly recommend “, continues Anstead’s post.
Anstead shared that knowledge along with a photo of her standing in the ocean, wearing a pink bikini, with her two children – daughter Taylor, 10, and son, Brayden, 5 -, as well as Coppola and another child.
She also shares her 15-month-old son Hudson with Ant.

Amid his surprising separation from the star “Wheelers Dealers” this fall, Anstead has been posting regularly on social media about his commitment to well-being and breaking old standards.
In November, she reflected on how difficult 2020 was for her, both mentally and emotionally, and how she is working to “meet” again “in moments of silence”.
“2020 is definitely not what I imagined,” she wrote on Instagram. “There are so many lessons in all this madness.”

“What I am discovering is also that many of us have a lot, but we are not really satisfied … I also felt that way and, although I sometimes want to slap myself for being so ungrateful, it is true and we cannot deny the truth” said the mother of three.
Anstead, who was once married to her “Flip or Flop” co-host, Tarek El Moussa, also suggested a new project she is working on for 2021, which will explore spiritual healing. She said it has been a passion of hers “for years” and is “eager to dive deep”.

Meanwhile, her second estranged husband was opened up on his own journey to happiness after the separation. In recent months, Ant has shared exciting moments with the couple’s son on Instagram, but recently shared his devastation with the cancellation of his trip to his native country, the United Kingdom.
Ant shares a daughter named Amelie and a son named Archie, both living in the UK, with his first wife.
