Famous hairdresser and founder of Ouai Jen Atkin shared the moving news that she is officially a mother. The beauty tycoon announced that she silently welcomed her first child, a boy, with her husband Mike Rosenthal via substitute.
“Never say never,” Jen captioned her Instagram post on Sunday, March 21, alongside a collage of family photos. “To know Julién Rosenthal River 7.10 pounds born on 3/5/21. We are so in love with this little man. “
The celebrity hairdresser, who often works with Chrissy Teigen, Kardashian-Jenners, Hailey Bieber, Dua Lipa and many others explained that she is working with Baby2Baby to help families in need.
“To keep our love bubble quiet and peaceful at home (also known as SEM barking at the door), we are asking instead of gifts, please visit our donations link (in my bio) on behalf of River,” she shared . “We really don’t need anything (our parents have been waiting for this day for so long that they bought everything). Help us and @ baby2baby provide diapers, clothes and all the basic necessities that every child deserves for children living in poverty. “

Following news of Jen’s baby and her husband, her close friends expressed their enthusiasm in the comment sections.

After a 2015 Instagram post about the decision to “retrieve the eggs and make the decision with my husband to freeze the embryos,” she said Forbes why she felt empowered to share her story.
“I think a lot of women are embarrassed that they don’t have children, or that they’re expecting more, and nobody talks about it,” she told the publication in 2017. “I sacrifice a lot to run three businesses, and my husband and I take joint decision to freeze embryos.
