Raider Kemah Siverand’s first chance to form an NFL team fell apart last summer and another could be affected by a Houston prison.

The Houston Police Department announced on Monday that Siverand was arrested after a street racing incident just after midnight on Saturday. Siverand initially stopped for the officers, but then drove another kilometer before making a final stop. He was charged with the crime of evading prison and two others were charged with running on the highway.

Siverand signed with the Seahawks after leaving Oklahoma state last year without being drafted, but saw his time with the team come to an end after he was caught trying to take a woman to the team’s hotel during the training camp.

He signed with the Raiders’ training team last October and signed a future contract for 2021 last month.
