Russian company Caviar, known for making luxury variants of popular tech gadgets, announced today that it will launch AirPods Max custom with “pure gold” for the high price of $ 108,000 sometime in 2021.

Custom AirPods Max will be available in black and white, with each color offered “in one piece worldwide”, suggesting that the headphones can be quite unique. In Caviar’s words, the pure gold design apparently “looks elegant, emphasizing the status of the owners and their impeccable taste”, for people who “always want to be at the top”.
Caviar recently introduced a custom iPhone 12 Pro that supposedly includes a small piece of the circuit board from an original Apple I computer, but that claim has been contested.
