Carson Wentz and Doug Pederson left after a bad season in Philadelphia, but Wentz says he and Pederson didn’t fight as much as people think.
Wentz, who was negotiated with the Colts, said he still has Pederson very well.
“I still have a lot of respect for Coach Pederson, and these reports are undoubtedly very exaggerated,” Wentz told Pat McAfee. “I don’t hear a lot from them, they call my attention to my agents or different things, but I have a lot of respect for him and it was a shame for everyone how it happened.”
Wentz acknowledged that many things went wrong during the 2020 season. But he says it was never personal between him and Pederson.
