Car No. 23 disqualified after Miami Xfinity post-race inspection

NASCAR officials disqualified Tyler Reddick’s Chevrolet # 23 for failing post-race inspection after the Xfinity Series event on Saturday at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Reddick, a Cup Series regular, took No. 23 to an apparent second place finish on the checkered flag on the Contender Boats 250. But his car failed the rear height requirement at post-race inspection, leaving Reddick to last the field. 40 cars.

All the other finalists move up one position, which elevates Brandon Jones to a runner-up position, behind first-time race winner Myatt Snider.
