Call of Duty 2021 triggered in Black Ops mode by Cold War zombies

Fans believe they may have found a provocation for Call of Duty 2021 within the new Outbreak mode of Black Ops Cold War Zombies.

With Call of Duty having an annual release schedule, it’s almost time for Activision to start marketing for COD 2021. After all, although several seasons are expected for Black Ops Cold War, there are only 8 months left for the launch of the next game.

We’ve already seen tips that indicate that will develop Call of Duty 2021. And now, fans believe that we are getting tips on the scenario for the next game, within the new Cold War Outbreak mode.

Recently, a major leaker said that Call of Duty 2021 would present Guerilla Warfare. Now, it looks like this new provocation may be showing fans the real picture for the next COD title.

Call of Duty 2021 provoking the scenario of World War II

According to a new card that appears in Black Ops Cold War’s Outbreak mode, Call of Duty 2021 may be returning to World War II.

This works, since a reliable leak recently confirmed a World War 2 configuration for COD 2021.

The card in question can be found on the Ruka map of the Cold War Zombie Outbreak mode. Dated March 15, 1944, the newspaper refers to the sending of corpses of soldiers to Mittelburg, Bavaria.

Those who were fans of Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty WW2 may know this as the location of the Final Reich map for the title’s Zombies mode.

– I took your new request seriously, but it hurts me to repeat, Commander. The bodies of deceased soldiers, regardless of their position and condition, must be transported immediately to Mittelburg, Bavaria.

It seems strange that such a letter appeared in the Cold War, given the strange implications of its plot. It doesn’t seem to make much sense for a note like this to be here, unless it has to do with the next return to World War II in COD 2021.

More details of COD 2021 revealed

Now that the stories are converging on Warzone, we may see an explanation for all those timelines that merge in Battle Royale. After all, zombies are now spreading across the war zone map as well.

That said, other fans believe it could simply be a reused feature, carelessly inserted into the new Zombies experience.

That’s when Call of Duty 2021 will be officially announced, putting our theories aside.

Interestingly, COD 2021 was originally thought to have the WW3 theme, something that can now be unmasked.

And a new leak suggests that Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer Remastered will also arrive in 2021! If this proves correct, it looks like it will be a great year for COD fans.
