For some reason, Amazon loves to pack its Echo speakers. Sometimes, you can get an Echo Dot for free when you buy something else; at other times, Amazon reverses the script and launches something with the purchase of an Echo. That’s what’s happening now – you can get the new one 4th generation Amazon Echo and a pair of Philips Hue lamps for $ 80, which saves $ 50 in the price of these items separately.

The new sphere-shaped Echo is a notable upgrade from the previous generation of Echo speakers. Aesthetically, the sphere is a fun and unusual departure from Amazon’s earlier grain discs and silos. But that is not all; sound quality is improved, along with better connectivity and smart home pairing. You can read the full CNET’s Amazon Echo review (4th generation) for more details.

The good news is that you are not limited to any specific color with this deal – you can get Echo in charcoal, white, red or blue, and Amazon will add a pair of Philips Hue lamps. This deal comes and goes, but it is now about $ 10 less than normal and just $ 10 more than its historical low of $ 70.
