Noxon joined Buffy as co-producer at the beginning of season 3 and moved up the ranks to executive producer / showrunner for the final two seasons of the show, Season 6 and 7. Carpenter was on the show for the first three seasons, Trachtenberg for seasons 5-7 and Benson for seasons 4- 6.

Carpenter was the first to speak on social media on Wednesday, accusing Whedon of abusing his power “on several occasions”.
Trachtenberg alleged “improper behavior” on the part of the Buffy creator in relation to her when she was a teenager. Later, she added: “There was a rule. Saying.
