Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett denied the claim that his teammates were head hunting when Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes left Sunday’s game with a head injury.
Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce made the claim after winning telling reporters he heard Browns players shouting, “This is what we do. This is what we do.”

The defensive tip of the Cleveland star said that was not true.
“I mean that nobody on our team is hunting heads, chasing guys or trying to hurt a guy, no matter how good he is,” said Garrett, via 92.3 The Fan. “We are praying for [Mahomes’] recovery and praying for their success. He was always a quality guy and the way he does things for the community. He’s a leader on and off the field that you enjoy seeing, especially coming from a guy of that caliber and always trying to be a positive force wherever he goes. “

Cleveland linebacker Mack Wilson tackled Mahomes when the quarterback’s head hit the ground.
Wilson and Mahomes shared a moment on Twitter after the game.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid made a good prognosis for Mahomes.

“He is doing very well now, which is very positive when we look at it. He approved all the deals he needed and we will see what happens from here,” said Reid. “I just spoke to him and he is fine. We will see how he is doing tomorrow, but now he is feeling well.”
