Britney Spears went out in public for the first time since the release of Hulu’s controversial documentary, “Framing Britney Spears”, last month.
The 39-year-old pop superstar looked excited when she went for a walk in Los Angeles on Tuesday with boyfriend Sam Asghari, and one of her two children with ex-husband Kevin Federline, 14-year-old Jayden.
Britney seemed in a good mood – even stopping by an Easter bunny statue to pose for a photo – just the day before her battle for guardianship intensified in court.
On Wednesday, lawyers for Britney, her father, Jamie Spears, and her mother, Lynne Spears, attended a hearing that was to discuss guardianship of their property.
Jamie, 68, and the financial company Bessemer Trust currently oversee the accounts. However, these issues were postponed to a trial date already pending on April 27.
At the hearing, Britney’s lawyer, Sam Ingham III, said he also plans to file a request to make Jodi Montgomery the permanent conservative of “the person”, namely Britney. Montgomery, a care manager, has been a temporary conservative since 2019. Ingham’s application will also be reviewed and discussed on April 27.
Britney’s father, Jamie, was the former conservative, until he temporarily transferred his duties to Montgomery, citing health issues.
Ingham expressed in previous court documents that Britney is allegedly “scared” of her father and therefore wants him to be removed from the position of conservative.
Despite all this drama, Britney seems to maintain a positive attitude. Sources previously told Page Six that she was “thrilled” but “hopeful” after seeing parts of the documentary “Framing Britney Spears”, which covered the media and the public scrutiny she has faced throughout her career.
On Tuesday, she was photographed wearing a turquoise long-sleeved shirt, white shorts, turquoise Birkenstocks and a white mask while she, Asghari, 27, and her teenage son grabbed drinks at Starbucks and then stopped at a nearby restaurant, where Britney spotted the Rabbit.
These paparazzi images are the first sight of the singer “… Baby One More Time” outside her social networks, where she recently shared that she was celebrating her boyfriend’s birthday and also posted a rare photo with her children.
Ashgari expressed that he would like to start his own family with Britney. He told Forbes earlier this month: “I also want to take my relationship to the next step. I don’t mind becoming a father. I want to be a young father. “
