The exhibition explores the dark side of the 39-year-old singer’s fame, from her rise as a childhood star to her breakdown in 2007 and the controversial 13-year guardianship of her father Jamie, who launched the #FreeBritney movement.
However, a large number of viewers accused Justin, 40, of having a hand in tarnishing Britney’s image after the 2002 separation, while veteran journalist Diane Sawyer, 75, was labeled a ‘sl ** – shamer’ in her subsequent interview with Estrela.

In 2003, Britney gave an interview with Diane – who showed a clip of Maryland’s first lady, Kendall Erlich, figuratively saying that ‘if I had the opportunity to shoot Britney Spears, I think I would,’ an observation for which she later apologized.
Veteran journalist Diane seemed to kindly justify the harsh and shocking statement – which was made in reaction to the star wearing “revealing” clothing, which was cited as a bad influence on children – while pressing Britney for an answer.
When Britney overcame the shock at the comment, she managed to object: ‘I’m not here to, you know, look after her children.’

After the screening of Framing Britney Spears, which aired in the United States on Friday night, viewers massively accessed Twitter to attack Justin and Diane.
