Brian Eno, Beach House and Santigold are among the musical contributors to an art exhibition in Las Vegas, as Brooklyn Vegan points out. Omega Mart (presented by the art and entertainment company Meow Wolf) is set in a psychedelic grocery store. The show will open on February 18 at the AREA15 entertainment complex in Vegas. Omega Mart exists in a surreal 52,000 square foot supermarket. More than 325 creatives participated in the exhibition, which includes more than 250 exclusive projects.
“We are excited to be working with high caliber artists from around the world to bring this installation to life,” said Corvas Brinkerhoff, Executive Creative Director at Meow Wolf Las Vegas, in a press release. “We are collaborating with all kinds of incredible talents, from local Las Vegas artists like Heather Hermann and Justin Favela to international sensations like Claudia Bueno and Cocolab, and national creators like Shrine and Stephen Hendee.”
