TFI International has agreed to acquire UPS Freight for about $ 800 million, the Canadian road transport and logistics company said on Monday.
The deal represents the largest acquisition of TFI to date. It will dramatically increase the size of your truck load and the area occupied by less than one truck in the United States.
“We are excited about this very attractive opportunity to extend our track record of successful growth through acquisitions, which will take TFI International to one of the largest LTL operators in North America,” said TFI CEO Alain Bedard in an announcement.
