Braunwyn Windham-Burke believes that she was poorly represented in The real housewives of Orange County season 15.
After sharing some photos of herself and two friends enjoying time together in Puerto Rico, Braunwyn responded to a fan who applauded her for her honesty and “realism”, suggesting that she no longer cared about her appearance on the show.
“Braunwyn ~ I loved your stories live yesterday, especially the clips with [Sean Burke]. It’s great to see you two as friends. Thanks for your [honesty] and reality, “wrote the fan on January 3.” The human condition is disorderly and beautiful, heart-breaking and raw – you, my dear, are doing a fine job of uncovering some heavy shit. And you are doing it with dignity and grace! Keeping shining, beautiful! “
The fan also said he was enjoying getting to know “the real (not edited by Bravo) Braunwyn”.
In response, Braunwyn said he had the “worst edition” of this year in RHOC.
“I had the worst edition this year … I had to apologize for the way I spoke to my boss at one point while shouting [four] explanatory lyrics … out loud ”, she recalls.
That said, when it comes to his persona on camera, Braunwyn doesn’t care about the viewers’ thoughts.
“It is what it is … and honestly it’s kind of liberating when I gave up on making people understand the truth and just accepted it, for the first time in my life I really don’t give a damn,” she explained.
After his reply, Braunwyn was met with a series of messages of encouragement.
“I’m on the same path. 2021 is the year to let go of the weight of others’ expectations and try to please or make people understand, ”said one person.
“It’s very liberating to finally be true to yourself, isn’t it? It’s never too late! “Said another.
“I agree, Bravo did not portray you as the person we are meeting at IG,” added a third. “I have to say, after this season, I wasn’t a fan of you. Yesterday’s IG story completely changed my mind and I would encourage brave to portray you as yourself. “
