Wide receiver Brandin Cooks is tired of being negotiated.

Cooks has been traded from the Saints to the Patriots to the Rams to the Texans since the end of the 2016 season and the prospect of being traded again came when he spoke to reporters on Friday. Bill O’Brien was making personnel decisions when the contract for Cooks was made and it is possible that the new general manager might want to take a different direction.

Cooks said he understood that it is a different situation, but that he wants to continue playing with Deshaun Watson. Otherwise, he wants to determine where he goes next.

“I’m not going accept more negotiations. If you don’t want me, you’ll have to let me go, ”said Cooks, via Aaron Wilson, from Houston Chronicle.

Cooks has an unsecured salary of $ 12 million for the next season and is hired until 2023. He has 70 catches for 984 yards and four touchdowns this season.
