BlizzCon is the official annual celebration of all things from Blizzard, with news and announcements of games, contests and presentations for everyone who loves World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo or any other Blizzard game. This year’s event will be a little different, with the pandemic preventing it from being in person or hosting some of the biggest panels and celebrations we hope for. BlizzCon 2021 was dubbed “BlizzConline” and will be held on the 19th and 20th of February.
BlizzCon is a long event and features several presentations and panels, so it helps to have a summary of what’s going on and When is happening. Below, we have put together a schedule of the biggest events and also how you can tune in. Unlike traditional BlizzCon event flows, everything this year is free.

How to Watch BlizzCon 2021
You can watch everything from BlizzCon 2021 directly on the BlizzCon website. Typically, most of that content would be blocked behind paid access for those who have not purchased a ticket, but with this year’s free format, you can view everything on six different channels. There will be video files that you have lost, as well as retransmissions if two events of interest to you happen at the same time.
What to expect
Overwatch
Overwatch 2 is on the way and, during the “Behind the scenes of Overwatch 2” panel, the development team will share some insights into how the game is making and also showcase some of their work so far. The event starts at 15:10 PT / 18:10 ET on the 19th of February and lasts about 40 minutes. We have seen very little of the game itself, although we have shown a long and pre-rendered cinematic in the past. Unlike the original game, Overwatch 2 features a campaign mode.
Starting immediately after this panel is “The Voices of Overwatch”, which will last about 90 minutes and will feature voice actors as they discuss the role of the characters and reenact a cinematic scene.
Diablo
One of BlizzCon’s most exciting presentations should be “Diablo: What’s Next”, which takes place on February 19 at 15:10 PT / 18:10 ET and lasts 40 minutes. This says it is focused on the content that arrives at Sanctuary, which may mean that it includes several games. Diablo IV and the Diablo Immortal cell phone are in development.
Later that night, at 5 pm PT / 8 pm ET, there will be a Diablo Deep Dive with the development team, deepening the game.
World of Warcraft
World of Warcraft fans will want to attend the “World of Warcraft: What’s Next” presentation for the first time on February 19 at 3:10 PM PT / 18:10 ET. Like panels similar to the other games, it runs for 40 minutes and focuses on new content coming into the game. At 4:20 PM PT / 19:20 ET that same night, there will be a panel “World of Warcraft: Voices of the Afterlife” with voice actors from the game.
You don’t want to miss “World of Warcraft: Cooking Workshop” on February 20th. Starting at 3:15 pm PT / 6:15 pm ET and lasting 70 minutes, the presentation will see Chef Lulaboo making Azeroth-inspired food.
Hearthstone
Heartstone doesn’t have a big “What’s Next” presentation this year, but there are some events on February 20 to check it out. At 12:35 PT / 3:35 PM ET, the presentation “Blizzard Art Studio: Reno Jackson” will show you how to draw the character with the help of Heartstone artist Rafael Zanchetin. Later that day, at 14:10 PT / 17:10 ET, the “Hearthstone: Streamer Showdown” event will see a live game show between streamers and personalities Alec Dawson, Kripp, Alliestrasza and Liv Breeden.
