We received a lot of praise for Blaster Master Zero and its sequel when they were first released, giving them 8/10 stars and 9/10 stars, respectively. Inti Creates successfully revived this old school action series and platforms and yesterday we received news Blaster Master Zero 3 is coming out on July 29th, bringing us to a conclusion for this new story.
After that, Inti Creates also announced a trilogy set in Japan. Blaster Master Zero Trilogy: Metafight Chronicle, this brings all three games together in one package, including all previously released DLCs. Exclusively, each character is also fully voiced for this release.
The standard edition will launch for ¥ 6,578 ($ 60), although fans can also purchase a limited edition for ¥ 9,878 ($ 91). This includes an art book with illustrations from all three games, along with a soundtrack arrangement from the Inti Creates Sound Team.
Unfortunately, there is no news on whether we will have a Western release for this yet. However, considering Limited Run Games’ published physical editions of previous entries, we remain hopeful that it will come somehow.
