According to the new pact, ‘Beginning on December 2, 2020, and every other week thereafter, the interviewee [Kardashian] will have custody of the minor child from Wednesday at 10 am until Saturday at 10 am, ‘e’ petitioner [Chyna] will have custody of the minor child from Saturday at 10 am until Tuesday at 10 am, starting on December 5, 2020, and every other week thereafter. ‘

The new agreement comes more than three years after the ex-couple established a paternity agreement that was not followed.

Under the new pact, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian agreed not to ‘be under the influence of alcohol or other substances’ when the child is in their custody.

Kardashian had already asked the court to test Chyna – who is also the mother of eight-year-old son King Cairo with rapper Tyga – for alcohol and drug use, after he claimed she was under the influence of both, statements that she denied.

Chyna had filed a petition with the court to appoint a nanny to be present during Kardashian’s time with her daughter.

The two abandoned all pre-court requests made against each other.

The deal, for the time being, closes years of litigation between ex-boyfriends, as Kardashian unsuccessfully tried to obtain exclusive custody of the child, which they received in November 2016.

The celebrities were initially linked in January 2016, announced their engagement in April, but separated in November of that year.
