Rather than announcing season premieres, this monthly release schedule highlights when seasons in a series are available in full, whether showing one season’s release all at once or when the season’s end of a program launches on a schedule weekly release airs so you can watch an entire season or limited series at your own pace.
We also combine this with major movie titles debuting on VOD and SVOD services. Among the highlights in January is the third season of the beloved “Cobra Kai”, the third season of CBS All Access’s big budget “Star Trek: Discovery”, plus the animated fantasy comedy “Disenchantment”, a new “Doctor Who ”Holiday special, another special“ Euphoria ”, a Nic Cage presented docuseries of bad words, new episodes of“ Search Party ”and more animated“ Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous ”.
In terms of movies, it’s quieter this time with Regina King’s “One Night in Miami”, the biggest showstopper, along with the release of Warners “The Little Things” on HBO Max, with Denzel Washington and Jared Leto. There is also praise for “Pieces of a Woman”, “The Dig”, led by Ralph Fiennes, “Penguin Bloom” led by Naomi Watts, the debut of Fisher Stevens “” Palmer “and the two-part Tiger Woods HBO dock “Tiger”.
