Billie Lourd clarifies that son Kingston is not a “trendy” quarantine baby: “He was conceived” before

Billie Lourd gives a brilliant review of pregnancy!

O Scream Queens The 28-year-old actress surprised fans by announcing that she and fiance Austen Rydell welcomed their first child, Kingston Fisher, in September, sharing a photo of the newborn’s feet on Instagram.

Giving a rare insight into his pregnancy experience, Lourd joined his stepfather Bruce Bozzi on SiriusXM Quarantine with Bruce on Wednesday.

“He is not technically a baby in quarantine, and I want to make that known because many people are having babies in trendy quarantine,” she says. “Kingston was conceived before the quarantine. He is technically just a Caribbean baby.”

Lourd says the pregnancy was not planned, but “it turned out to be a kind of blessing in disguise to have a baby quarantined – but he is not a quarantined baby – because I had to keep this to myself. Only my family knew and nobody else knew , as if everyone was so surprised when we posted that little picture of his feet. It ended up being something I shared with the people I loved the most, which was amazing and made my pregnancy so magical and wonderful, that I didn’t expect it would be. “

“But it ended up being the best experience,” adds Lourd. “I just had to eat good food, go out with the people I love, do Legos all the time, I took hypnotism classes. I loved being pregnant.”

“I wanted to be a mother since I was 2, I always had a plan,” she says. “Like, literally when I was 3, I said, ‘I want four kids. I want one at 28’, which is so weird because I had Kingston at 28 and it ended up happening, but it’s even better than I could ever wait. “

“This baby is absolutely magical,” praises Lourd.

She recalls that Rydell was a good support system during pregnancy. Lourd called him “the best father in the world”.

“He was so loving and amazing and he cooked for me and gave me foot massages,” she says, adding that he “took these classes with me, as he did the lactation class, he took the positive delivery class. So he was with me every step of the way. And we just became even closer friends, even better partners. I think he has prepared us to be the best parents and he is sitting outside with the baby now. “
