Billie Eilish she is seeking judicial protection from a man she claims is harassing her and is potentially dangerous.
The singer filed documents seeking a restraining order against a man named John Hearle, who she claims to have harassed and threatened her from outside her Los Angeles home.
Billie says the guy has been camping at a school across the street from his crib since the summer and is bombarding her with threatening and disturbing letters.
According to the documents, Billie says she managed a note Hearle saying … “You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me … You will know that soon the water will rise, and you may very well die … You will die . “
Billie claims that Hearle watches her come in and out of the house, and she says that he always says something to her or makes gestures – including a slit in the throat – whenever he sees her.
In the documents, Billie says it makes her anxious every time she comes home and fears for her safety and that of her family.
Police sources tell TMZ … the LAPD is investigating, but has not yet made an arrest. Billie wants a judge to force Hearle to stay at least 200 yards away from her and her parents at all times.
