Bill fans raise money for Lamar Jackson’s favorite charity after Ravens QB leaves due to injury

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson came out of the divisional round clash against Buffalo Bills in the final game of the third quarter.

A bad crack, something that affected Baltimore throughout the night, sent the Ravens back to their own final zone. After recovering the ball, Jackson threw it away, as Tremaine Edmunds was in the process of bringing him to the pitch. On their way down, veteran defensive striker Trent Murphy entered the service attempt. The end result saw Jackson hit his head hard on the grass.

You can see the end of the piece below.

Jackson would eventually be put out of action with a concussion.

After the injury, the Bills Mafia wanted to do something for the Ravens’ quarterback. As they have done many times in the past, the fan base has followed the path of giving. A Reddit fan discovered that Jackson’s favorite charity was Blessings in a Backpack. He posted his donation and since then, many other fans have sent money to the cause.

It is unknown how much was collected at the time of writing this article, but we will update this post when the information becomes available.

Buffalo defeated the Ravens 17-3 and will know who they will face in the AFC Championship Game tomorrow afternoon, when the Chiefs host the Browns.
