AUSTIN KNUDSEN: “Article 1, section 8 of the constitution is very clear. Foreign and interstate trade regulation is a power reserved to Congress, not the president. President Obama had a chance to veto this in 2011, this bill was approved by Congress. Only Congress can undo its own act. Joe Biden cannot intervene now 10 years later, literally 10 years later and try to veto this bill.

This is a great project for Montana. Almost 4,000 jobs. Conservatively, $ 60 million a year in property tax revenue alone. $ 130 million per year in labor benefits, wages. This was a great project for the state of Montana, let alone for other states in the future. It really hurts Montana and I think it shows that President Biden is just pleasing his friends from the coastal elite.
