Bhad Bhabie calls Dr. Phil, alleges abuse in the treatment field she was sent to after appearing on the show

Rapper Bhad Bhabie called Dr. Phil on a YouTube video in which she claimed to have been abused by the problematic teen behavioral field to which she was sent after appearing on her program.

The rapper, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, had already participated in an episode of “Dr. Phil” when she was 13 years old. At the recommendation of the TV presenter, her parents sent her to the Turn-About Ranch in Utah.

In a new YouTube video posted as part of “Breaking Code Silence”, Bregoli, now 18, speaks directly to the camera and recalls his experience with the ranch that was designed to correct his behavior.

The singer started the video by noting that she was reluctant to perform until now because, due to the nature of the facilities, she had no way of proving the allegations she was making.

“It’s like that with these places, you have no evidence,” she says at the beginning of the video. “You don’t have a phone there, you don’t have cameras, you have no evidence of any of that.”

Before finally starting his story, Bregoli called Dr. Phil specifically, demanding that he issue an apology for recommending the ranch before she took care of things “my way”.

“Dr. Phil, I will give you from now until April 5th to issue an apology, not just to me, but to Hannah or any other child you have sent to Turn-About or any other program like this, and if you will not handle things my way, “she said.

A spokesman for Dr. Phil did not comment when contacted by Fox News.

Bregoli claims that he did not know that her parents decided to send her to the farm after going to the program. Turn-About Ranch is one of the many places recommended for people who appear on “Dr. Phil”, which the singer now disagrees with.

She claimed that she was taken to this facility that was in the middle of the desert “against my will” by “transporters” who supposedly came in the middle of the night, handcuffed her, put her in the car and took her to the Utah ranch.

She says she was put in an open tent and was not allowed to bathe or lie down for the first three days.

“When I see that these people have no sympathy, I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m really lost,'” she said.

“This place is for taking privileges. Like, OK, the phone is a privilege, the TV is all of that, yes, ”she continues. “They take privileges out of necessity like sleeping in a bed, good food, not being cold.”

Bregoli said the farm did not promote an environment where children would feel comfortable or safe by complaining to employees, even if it was about complaints about other people or safety issues. She claims that interaction with staff about complaints or concerns often resulted in punishment.

The punishments generally included manual labor, while she noted that other children who were opposed were often restrained by the team.

“It’s just our word against the team’s word when you’re there because there are no witnesses, no cameras, you don’t have a phone, nothing like that. That’s why I was so scared to speak, I was like ‘no one is going believe me. ‘”

Turn-About Ranch officials did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment.

Bregoli noted that she was inspired to speak after another former Turn-About Ranch guest sued the youth treatment institution, claiming she was punished after accusing a male staff member of sexually assaulting her while she was a minor.

A lawsuit filed by Hannah Archuleta recently in Utah’s 6th District Court claimed that she was sexually abused several times in 2019 by a male team member at the Turn-About Ranch.

The suit said the Turn-About Ranch “took no corrective action after Archuleta reported the sexual attacks” and “retaliated against Ms. Archuleta by subjecting her to physical and emotional abuse to silence her”.

Archuleta was 17 years old when the alleged abuse occurred. She was also sent to the ranch after an appearance at “Dr. Phil”. She said she was sexually abused several times in the next two months.

Archuleta claimed that she reported the incident to a trainer, therapist and nurse. The team, the lawsuit claims, was skeptical and disdainful.

“I’m not sure why Dr. Phil still sends children here, it really doesn’t make sense,” concluded Bregoli in his video. “Are you trying to help them or are you trying to hurt them even more? I mean, we all know he’s an imposter, but like, don’t send kids anywhere just to make it look like you’re trying to do something.”
