And on Thursday, Tina Knowles talked about the talents of nine-year-old Blue Ivy Carter in an Instagram post.
Sharing a close-up of her fully made-up face, Tina, 67, shared that her glam look was created by the young woman.

“My talented granddaughter Blue put on my face today,” she wrote.
‘She’s only 9 years old. Can you imagine her at 15 doing my makeup? She hit me in the face. ‘
She added: ‘I will save a lot of money on makeup artist fees.’

The post comes just days after Tina shared a video of Blue dancing and commented on how much she likes her aunt Solange Knowles.
Beyoncé’s eldest son with her husband Jay Z showed her gene pool in the clip while she danced with some friends during a ballet class.
‘This is Blue, but I swear it looks like Solange is dancing at that age,’ Tina shared.

Beyoncé recently paid tribute to Tina on her 67th birthday.

Married to former Destiny’s Child manager, Matthew Knowles – until they split in 2009 – Tina was with Beyoncé and helped promote her career, as well as serving as a mother figure for others in her orbit.
Kelly Rowland, 39, who has been with Beyoncé since the beginning of her career in the ’90s hit girl group (formerly known as Girl’s Tyme), also celebrated’ Mama T ‘as she posted some pictures over the years.

Kelly, who lost her mother Doris Rowland Garrison in 2014, relied on Tina for guidance, with Knowles even treating her like a daughter.

Proving how instrumental she is in her daughters’ lives, Tina revealed in September on the podcast In My Head with Heather Thomson that ‘Beyoncé’ is actually her maiden name.
‘A lot of people don’t know that Beyoncé is my last name. It’s my maiden name. ‘
“My name was Celestine Beyoncé, which at the time was not cool to have that weird name,” she said.
Now, practically the most famous moniker of a word in the world, Beyonce took the role thanks to her mother.

In addition, she has had great success with her clothing line Ivy Park since its launch in 2016, and even had Tina as a model.
Although her father was her manager for most of her career until she fired him in 2011 – amid reports that he had stolen money from her tour – she still has a close relationship with her parents, despite their differences of business.
‘I grew up watching him and my mom [Tina Knowles] manage and own your own businesses. They were hard-working entrepreneurs and I will continue to follow in their footsteps, ‘she said in a statement at the time.
When Tina and Matthew’s divorce was finalized in 2011, she dated and now married actor Richard Lawson of Poltergeist, and took his last name.
