Beyoncé Gifts Friends ‘Hilarious and Deeply Sentimental’ Necklace to say goodbye to 2020

Beyoncé threw a little humor when designing a personalized gift for her close friends and family this holiday.

To celebrate the challenges faced throughout the year, the 39-year-old “Formation” singer gave friends on her shopping list a “2020” diamond necklace that was designed to also represent a hand with a raised middle finger – Bey’s ironic message for this year.

“@beyonce gave all her girls this amazing personalized necklace from 2020.” 🖕2020 “It’s a hand with the middle finger and the year 2020 combined in one,” said star cousin Angie Beyince on Instagram next to a close-up image of the necklace.

“When I opened it, my eyes filled with tears, because it’s Hilary and Deeply Sentimental. 2020 had ups and downs, but above all, [sic] it’s been really weird and tuft [sic] year. Hopefully, 2021 is good for the world 🌎 🙏 #nye #beyonce, “she continued.

In December 2020 of Beyoncé in England Vogue cover story, which featured three separate covers filmed by 21-year-old Kennedi Carter, the youngest photographer to make a cover for the publication in its 104-year history, the star reflected on how 2020 changed it.

“It would be difficult to experience life in a pandemic and the current social unrest and not be changed,” said Beyoncé. “I learned that my voice is clearer when I’m standing still. I really enjoy this time with my family, and my new goal is to slow down and get rid of the stressful things in my life.”

Like many other parents, the mother of three faced the challenge of explaining what is happening in the world to daughter Blue Ivy, 8 ½ years old, and twins Sir and Rumi, 3.

She told the English Vogue: “I let my children know that they are never too young to contribute to changing the world. I never underestimate their thoughts and feelings, and I examine them to understand how it is affecting them.”

As for what is reserved for 2021? The superstar singer has a multi-year contract with Peloton to create a “series of themed training experiences” for a variety of class types. The partnership will also pay back to Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
