One of LA’s most luxurious and exclusive celebrity bars is to secretly invite people to a New Year’s Eve party in person, asking them to keep the secret … but also spread the word.
The restaurant in question is La Scala, and it’s its location in the Bev Hills that is doing this “noisy” thing. They are apparently getting invitations to a dinner in NYE … and are being kind to it by considering it an explosion of the ’20s Prohibition.
Merry Christmas to all! The location of La Scala in Beverly Hills is keeping these invitations to an indoor New Year’s Eve dinner in its bags of takeaway food: “Keep it low, but tell all your friends.” πππ pic.twitter.com/hu4cJGYxce

An invitation from them was posted recently online, which reads … “We are considering making reservations for New Year’s Eve Dinner. Inside. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know as soon as possible.”
The message continues … “If there is enough interest, we will contact you to guarantee your reservation. Keep it discreet, but tell all your friends.” So … it’s not a secret.
La Scala’s plans are on the radar of city officials in Beverly Hills – who are issuing a severe rebuke, but not much more at this point in terms of threats to end this thing.

The official representative for the city of Beverly Hills says: “We understand that this is an incredibly difficult time for all of our businesses, however, the County Order currently prohibits dining indoors and outdoors, including in the city of Beverly Hills. ” Cool … but is it ???
Time will tell if La Scala is able to move on with his ball – you imagine the cops would come in and try to stop him – but at this point … it may fall into a gray area, like so many of these blocking measures we’ve seen this year, including around LA

In fact, La Scala is one of those Hollywood legacy restaurants … it has always existed, and some of the most famous faces in history have come here for a meal or two. People like Frank Sinatra, Cher, David Geffen, Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom, Barbara Walters and many others visited … until recently, that is.
It is not clear if any celebrities plan to attend on December 31, but as the cat is out of the question in this case, it is best to stay home (as we should all be doing).
