A Pennsylvania punter raised nearly $ 1 million after hitting a notable 15-team cross-sport parlay on Thursday.
FanDuel Sportsbook presented the $ 604 bet made at Valley Forge Casino Resort:
It was an exclusive victory in the parlay because most teams were small favorites, with Texas – which was even money in their rivalry with Texas Tech – also chosen along with some spread options.
Typically, a large-scale parlay card is filled with overwhelming favorites combined with a few shots from a distance to help increase payout.
Choosing so many throwing games correctly is a great achievement, but it didn’t come without a few hits.
For example, the NHL’s New York Islanders went to a shootout with the Boston Bruins. The draw was two rounds before Anthony Beauvillier scored to give the islands a 2-1 advantage. Semyon Varlamov then stopped Brad Marchand to victory – basically a savings of $ 1 million.
And the Longhorns defeated the Red Raiders by a single point, 67-66.
It will always take a few pauses to win a 15 team parlay, and this bettor caught them all.
