Bethenny Frankel buys $ 2.1 million in colonial Connecticut

There’s a new housewife in Greenwich, Connecticut!

Reality star and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel bought a colonial classic in the richest city in the nutmeg state for just $ 2.12 million through a trust fund, according to real estate records.

At the same time, Frankel’s former Tribeca condo – which she sold in 2016 for $ 7 million – returned to the market, this time asking for $ 7.49 million.

The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath house in Greenwich on Pecksland Road originally asked for $ 2.85 million in 2018.

The listed administrator for the purchase of the former star of Bravo’s new “Real Housewives of New York” house is Matt Klarberg, managing director of Monarch Business and wealth management, who has Frankel as his client, according to Variety.

The 4,698 square foot spread features a red door and white fence. Built in 1945, the house is on 2.1 hectares.

Inside, it has a large foyer, an open living room and a family room, both with cozy fireplaces. French doors lead to a stone terrace, backyard and swimming pool. There is also a chef’s kitchen, a dining room with custom cabinets, a wine cellar and a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a living room and a private deck.

The current decor is very traditional. However, we hear that Frankel is planning glamor with a few modern touches.

Greenwich real estate agent Maria Crowley of Houlihan Lawrence declined to comment.
