Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy finalize their divorce

Better late than never.

More than eight years after initially giving up, Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy have finally ended their divorce – news that comes as rumors that she is engaged to her current boyfriend, Paul Bernon.

Page Six confirmed that a judge signed the divorce on January 20.

Frankel and Hoppy – parents of 10-year-old daughter Bryn – married in 2010 and dropped out in December 2012. Skinnygirl’s founder filed for divorce a month later.

But the divorce and custody battles – which included unpleasant charges in court – last for years.

Page Six revealed exclusively in August 2019 that Hoppy and Frankel were still legally married. The divorce sentence could not be issued at that time because of a protective order in effect against Hoppy, who was accused of harassing and harassing Frankel in 2017, which resulted in Bravolebrity requesting a change in Bryn’s custody.

Hoppy agreed to a court agreement that required him to stay away from Frankel for six months before the charges could be dropped.

Then, in September 2020, Frankel appeared on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” and said that she couldn’t think of marrying boyfriend Paul Bernon, because she was still attached to Hoppy.

“I’m still married,” admitted Frankel, 50, to a shocked Cohen. “Crickets again. And scene! And we’re back! “

Now that the divorce from Frankel and Hoppy, 50, is over, she is free to marry Bernon, whom she met earlier this year.

Perhaps the wedding bells are already on the horizon. BStrong’s founder generated an engagement buzz after she was photographed wearing a huge diamond ring on her left hand last week.

Bernon and Frankel started dating in 2018 after the death of their intermittent boyfriend, Dennis Shields. They broke up in the fall of 2020, with insiders telling us at the time that “it’s because of the distance, but you know Bethenny”, but now they have gathered.
