The Guilty Gear Strive beta was originally planned to last until February 21st. However, many players reported that they did not have a chance to try the beta due to server problems. There were long periods of time when the beta was not available when it was supposed to be playable.
To address this, Arc System Works has announced that it will extend the beta Guilty Gear Strive to all players. This beta is now scheduled to end on February 23 at 6:59 am PST.
Please be aware that the open beta test can only be downloaded until February 21 at 6:59 am PST. If you don’t download the beta version of Guilty Gear Strive before then, you won’t be able to play the beta version of Guilty Gear Strive on February 22-23.
Arc System Works also noted that the beta testing schedule is subject to change depending on how the servers behave. Most likely, Arc System Works will be willing to extend the beta even further if more problems arise.
The fighters currently playable in the Guilty Gear Strive beta are Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, May, Axl Low, Potemkin, Faust, Chipp Zanuff, Millia Rage, Zato-1, Leo Whitefang, Nagoriyuki, Giovanna and Ramlethal Valentine.
That leaves only Anji Mito and the mysterious 15th fighter. Don’t forget that the final release character for Guilty Gear Strive is scheduled to be revealed tonight.
Extending the Open Beta Test:
