Bengals vs. Inactive Texans: O-line remains unchanged for the second consecutive week

The Cincinnati Bengals will fight for two consecutive victories today, against the Houston Texans. As the kickoff approaches, each team launches its list of inactive players.

Here are the seven players that Bengals will be without today:

  • WR Tyler Boyd
  • K Randy Bullock
  • LB Jordan Evans
  • OL BJ Finney
  • OL Alex Redmond
  • OL Keaton Sutherland
  • LB Logan Wilson

Boyd (concussion), Evans (hamstring), Finney (abdomen) and Wilson (ankle) were all declared out on Friday. Finney was inactive for most of the season, but the team raised WR Trenton Irwin and LB Keandre Jones from the training team to make up for the sudden lack of depth in those positions. Alex Erickson is expected to start for Boyd in the slot receiver.

Redmond has been a healthy scrape for two consecutive weeks, while the team throws Xavier Su’a-Filo and Quinton España on guard again. The offensive line will feature the same five players for the first time since the end of October. Bullock remains on the bench for Austin Siebert, who scored two of his three field goals on Monday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Here are the inactive ones for the Texans:

  • RB Duke Johnson
  • RB CJ Prosise
  • QB Josh McCown
  • CB Phillip Gaines
  • WR Isaiah Coulter

Johnson (neck) has already been declared out. Gaines (knee) was questionable and will not play.
