Thorne, a former Disney star, and Mascolo, who have been dating for two years, announced the news on their social media accounts on Sunday.
“She say yes!” Mascolo put a caption on his couple’s Instagram post.
Throne has a dizzying smile on his Instagram stories as he shows the ring in his hand.
“I love you very much,” she says to Mascolo, who is holding the camera.
“A celebration in Italy and America,” he says at the end of the picture.
Mascolo proposed on the set of a film that the two would star in together, he said.
“I wrote the love letter on the back of our movie script …” he wrote in his Instagram story. “At the end or the last scene, she was on the monitor watching with the director and … surprised.”
The couple has been romantically linked since 2019 after Throne parted ways with Mod Sun.
