BBC reporter claims Princess Diana was her source for royal family ‘stains’

Martin Bashir is the BBC reporter who interviewed Princess Diana in 1995 and that he was accused of lying to her to secure the interview.

The infamous interview included Dianamention that there were “three of us in this marriage” with Prince Charles, referring to its future with Camilla Parker Bowles.

An investigation into Bashir was released last year amid allegations that he lied to Diana to get her to agree to do the interview. Now, Bashir is claiming that Diana she herself was the source of “defamations” against the royal family.

Dianabrother of Earl Spencer says he wrote down some charges against the royal family that were said during a meeting between the late princess and Bashir, two months before the interview airs.

New York Post reports that some of the “spots” included that the “Queen was sick and on the verge of abdication, who Prince Charles was in love with his children’s nanny, and that Prince William wore a Swatch watch that contained a listening device ”.

Leaked documents that were released by The telegraph show it Bashir states that he did not make the “stains” during the meeting and that Diana made those observations.

A long history of rumors about Princess Diana was confirmed by a celebrity last week.
