NEWTON COUNTY, Missouri (KY3) – The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning on Saturday afternoon to several counties in the Missouri Ozarks.
Parts of Barry County are on a tornado alert until 5:15 pm. Tornado notices in Lawrence, Newton and McDonald counties expired at 4:45 pm
During a tornado warning, a tornado was sighted or indicated by weather radar and there is an imminent danger to life and property. If you are in the alert area, seek shelter immediately.
